I think eric is shy and does not talk alot. Eric also doesn't like his past, preasent, and FUTURE. i also think that eric wishes he didn't join the Hitler Youth. i think that eric going to end up fighting for the Russians.i think that this book is interesting.
Part 2 in this book was about when attacks start happening. ERik notices there is alot less people around, and starts to feel like he has no one to go to. Erik gets a severe shot in his arm, and has to live in a hopsital for a while. While he is there, he meets a man in the bed next to his. He notices that the man is lying straight, and barley moving... he finds out he was paralyzed from his neck down. In the book it says he felt a close bond with this man... why do you think he said that?
Oh, and i forgot to say that Erik starts to get scared because being in the hospital he finds out that the other soldiers are looking for imposters, like himselfe.
how long do you think x will be able to take the war on. when will hhe open up to his students. tell how he was in the war as a german soldier.will he become friends will the man he met in the hospital.
I wanted to know what would you guys do to stay alive in a war? I would do exactly as erik did in the story. play dead and see if i could find a russian outfit and see if they would fall for it.
Yeah, they will become friends... ithink in the book Erik said that he had no one anymore, because everywhere he looked there were dead people. I think the paralyzed man feels the same way.
I think that x will get caught then escape. then switch to the american side. then go to america to live there. start a new life make new friends and just start over.
