In these chapters Erik is feeling better. Him and Tamara are escaping as americans come and war happens. Through their travels to America, they face hard thngs but in the end makeit to America. Thats what i read. I thought it was a pretty good book, i wouldnt've read it unless she assigned it though.
I think that Erik should be happy that he is able to have kids and that his kids are so sucessful in life. I wonder how old Erik is? now that the story is over would you have gone in the war and then switched sides? Would you have moved to America and start a new life here? Do you think that Erik wanted to have war with his own nationality?

No, they'll never forget about her cause they were both extremley sad when they found her dead, and you don't just forget that.
