Ok I loved this book! The part where they stopped Annemarie in the woods was real intense. The fact that the cloth made the dogs lose their sense of smell was really cool. I wonder if the chemical is real. It made me really sad when Annemarie found out that Peter died I know he's a character and all but still (emotional). That would have been so hard going through all that and then having one of the last few things that reminede you of your sister just be gone all of the sudden if Annemarie was real that would be one of the hardest things to go through I think.

This was possibly one of the best books I have ever read for a school assighnment. It was so intense near the end no joke I thought for sure Henrick would be caught with all of the jews. How clever of Peter to go to the scientist and get that hankerchief with the chemical on it.Poor Annemerie had to go thruogh a lot in this section I mean she still only a like what 10 shes got a lot on her shoulders. I am really sad Peter died he was one of my favorite charectors, but we know he died in the sense of helping others.

The whole blogging expeinence was pretty cool! Having to use the computers instead of writing it down ,I thought, was really fun. Getting to share our ideas and feelings on this wonderful book through blogging was great and was so much fun. I loved it and I think that the sixth graders next year will also enjoy this experience.

My experience with this blogging thing was great. Its like talking out seeing the other persons face. you can express how you fell with words because they just flow out of your mind like sand in a sift.It has really changed the way I thought about writing.
